how to store program into UP3 permanently?

Do someone can tell me that why i download my program to UP3, after switch off the current, the program is not stored! after switch on, then i need to download it again! does it my source codes...

yes, it is showing Error: Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1

i can find u15(epcs1) on my bottom board!

but while in AS mode, the .pof was automatically set to epcs4... if change device to epsc1, the new .pof will be unknown, then will not be able to download!
