how to store program into UP3 permanently?

Do someone can tell me that why i download my program to UP3, after switch off the current, the program is not stored! after switch on, then i need to download it again! does it my source codes...

What's the exact error message? Is it:

--- Quote Start ---

Error: Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1

--- Quote End ---

This normally indicates a hardware problem of the programming adapter or the configuration device. Revision 01 UP3 has an EPCS1 in a DIL socket. Is it mounted correctly at all?
