how to store program into UP3 permanently?

while i try to download the .pof file in AS MODE at jp11.... it showed the " silicon id error"...

default .pof set to device epsc4, if want to download permanently, not we need to set to epsc1? but it dont allow me to change device!

Do someone can tell me that download my program to UP3, after switch off the current, the program still be stored permanently enough!
