how to store program into UP3 permanently?

Do someone can tell me that why i download my program to UP3, after switch off the current, the program is not stored! after switch on, then i need to download it again! does it my source codes...

What's the exact error message in Quartus programmer? There are several steps involved, e. g. reading the device ID, erasing the AS device, programming, verify, each may fail.

AS programming can be done with ByteBlaster II (has been bundled originally with UP3, I think) or USBBlaster, but don't work with previous ByteBlaster MV.
