how to store program into UP3 permanently?

Do someone can tell me that why i download my program to UP3, after switch off the current, the program is not stored! after switch on, then i need to download it again! does it my source codes...

You apparently tried to access EPCS4 in JTAG programming mode. That can't work, you must set the Quartus Programmer to AS programming.

P.S.: I also wondered, if the UP3 reference manual possibly misses an explanation of the different configuration methods and their particular purpose. I think, it basically has it at page 13 of the Version 01 manual.
