how to store program into UP3 permanently?

Do someone can tell me that why i download my program to UP3, after switch off the current, the program is not stored! after switch on, then i need to download it again! does it my source codes...

i just dont so understand about how to check the box selection! i cant find it, if i directly add .pof to download, it will show the "cant add target EPCS4 to device chain while in current programing mode"

and i did connect my jtag cable to jp11 port, if i add .sof to download, will fail too! can someone give me a hand?! i really urgent to present for my final year project!
