How to install device Stratix IV in Quartus Pro23.4

For my project, I need use Quartus Pro because fully support of SystemVerilog, but I have a TR4 (Stratis IV) Platform for test my design. How I can install Stratix IV device?

Thanks for all replay, the problem is that Quartus std not support SystemVerilog fully
