How to edit the current ip from ip catalog

Rysc -- thanks -- It seems like when I try to open any of the HDL or other files associated with the IP, it opens in the external text editor I defined. Maybe the external editor gets in the way of the method for opening. Although I just tested it using the quartus editor and there was no difference.

I've only tested this with the PLL created with the IP catalog, so maybe for other types it isn't a problem. Just saving my notes here for future reference or others that stumble; the V13-V14 changes seem to trip people up; it is all new to me.
