Have you read the Arria V pin connection guidelines? https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/dp/arria-v/pcg-01013.pdf This is a very important document for all families. It says to leave all unused GXB_TX pins floating. No need to terminate. Bob - Altera_Forum

It says "Leave all unused GXB_TXp pins floating", which seems to inply to float just the "p" pins. Hence my confusion. Dan - Altera_Forum

Dan --- Quote End --- I see what you mean. It's a typo. Leave both pins floating. You should let Altera know about this. Check the PCG for Cyclone V, Arria 10, etc. They correctly say to leave both pins floating. Bob
