How to config MAXII with MCU

Hello everyone

Recently I want to config MaxII with MCU ,so can you give me some suggestion?

    Embedded JRunner should be a solution. Cause MAX II has flash configuration storage with limited number of reprogramming cycles, it must be programmed only in case of configuration updates.

    I don't understand what you searching for. You have been talking of configuring from a MCU not from a PC. What is the role of NT with your MCU?
