How to config MAXII with MCU

Hello everyone Recently I want to config MaxII with MCU ,so can you give me some suggestion? Thanks may be Jamplayer?or ?

Embedded JRunner should be a solution. Cause MAX II has flash configuration storage with limited number of reprogramming cycles, it must be programmed only in case of configuration updates.
