How do I download the Arria 10 IBIS AMI models?

I need to download the Arria 10 IBIS AMI models in order to run some SI analysis. The web page says to contact support, and support has told me to post this request here so that an agent can provide the models.

To confirm, the models needed are:

Arria 10 GX/GT Transceiver—IBIS-AMI
