how convert hex file from epm7032s to epm7064s

can help me... how to convert hex file(firmware) epm7032s to epm7064s????

You should erase these devices with help of a device programmer that is able to erase a device with parallel algorithm instead of JTAG algorithm. After such an action JTAG engine will be operative again.
