How can i install usb blaster...?

how can i install the usb blaster??

I thought the device would be found and installed automatically...

but computer can't find the device(use blaster).

I have DE0 board and i use windows 7.

how can i install the usb blaster?

please , tell me the way in detail as possible as you can..

( i am korean so i am not good at english.. and i am beginner in quartus.. so it will be awesome if you tell me the way easily)
