How can i estimate a .pof file size？

i'm doing a project with EP3C, and the PCB is small, so i have to use the smallest area of ecps in the pcb. I read the file"cyc3_ciii51016.pdf",in table 9-3, it lists the size of .rbf. I wonder what ...

If you don't use compression, the size is fixed for any given device.

If you use compression, it'll be smaller than the fixed size but will vary from design to design.
