[Help]About DC in EP2C8T144

Quick question:

My device's VCCINT is 1.3V,is it ok?

In the device manual, it said"VCCINT minimun is 1.15V and maximum is 1.25V", but it also said "VCCINT's maximum ratings is -0.5~1.8V".

    although i find this confusing, Altera will not guarantee operation outside of the Recommended specifications. i'm not exactly sure why they list the Absolute at all, i was told something to the effect of outside of the Absolute specifications transistor breakdown may occur
