HELP POF FILE EPM240

thank you for answering my friends I still have the atmega file the atmega328 altera bootloader was lost because each time I placed a security bit in the programming I have to recover the drawing or the source code of altera max epm240 is there someone who can recover my pof file because it remains empty to examine with quartus I repeat jtag is not deactivated I read comes altera with usblaster my remains empty it is false recover code a friend could create a programmable drawing if I post the diagram of my pcb pins use from alera with the connection to atmega if yes I really need it I don't know how to make my pcbs anymore I am ready for compensation debug altera or create a verilog drawing with my schematic if yes I can post it or an email address to arrange with an altera specialist I am here for that thank you
