HELP!! Legacy support for MAX 9000

I am need to support an pre-existing, older design having a (EPM9560R120-20) device wired in. I currently have no development tools for this effort.

What do I need to get rolling on design changes?

I have downloaded the Quartus II full 30 day trial and I don't see that this device is supported?
