help: data read from not same as the *.flash file,why?

hi, i downloaded the *.flash into flash, and run the program successfully, i read the data from ext_flash in nios program, and found it's not the same as the *.flash i used, why?

i had downloaded the files into flash and epcs, and the board run well.
