Help Can't Install The Driver For Usb Blaster

Trying to load programs on to my board, but the stupid driver for the blaster isnt working. I have windows vista 64 bit, both on my laptop and my pc.... and I need a driver to make this work. So please someone help me with this issue.

    Personally, I have found that the USB Blaster driver that comes with Quartus II 8.0 SP1 does not work on Vista 64 bit. I instead installed the driver from Quartus II 7.2 which seems to work okay with 8.0.
