Kindly suggest difference between

(i)EP1CQ240I7 and EP1CQ240I7N

(ii) EPC2LI20 and EPC2LI20N

Not found any datasheet regarding EP1CQ240I7N and EPC2LI20N

    No -N suffix indicates a legacy part in a package which contains lead (typically leaded solder plated leads).

    The -N suffix indicates a lead-free ROHS part. Leads are typically matte tin plated. No lead.

    Electrical and functionally the parts are identical.
