FPGA with TTL outputs

I am in need of an FPGA or CPLD device with TTL outputs. If there is not such a device available, does anyone have any recommendations for a voltage translator of some kind or another device that will fit my need? Thanks!

A 3.3V FPGA output is basically meeting the input level specification of the TTL I/O standard (Vil <= 0.4 V, Vih >= 2.4V). What's are you missing?
