FPGA to ASIC conversion

Hi thepancake,

Thanks for the advise. The FPGA design is pretty mature and it uses a Cyclone family device. I am wondering if Cyclone family can also be ported into an ASIC or is this only specific to Stratix. I have a query into Altera also. Other semiconductor companies (e.g. On Semi) offer these services but I have no clue on how much will it cost.
