FPGA configuration time and PCIe secification

Has anyone used the PCIe interface of a Cyclone device while configuring it using the AS (active serial) scheme? I'm using a Cyclone IV device (EP4CGX30F484) and planning to use its PCIe interf...

What are the worst-case values for the AS mode parameters for EP4CGX22 + EPCS4 bundle?

I mean - everything besides configuration time to transfer bitstream.

Knowing it I can calculate how many bits of configuration file will go through the rest of 100 ms window and only after this I can see - will my project squeeze in.
