Flash memory for Cyclone V-GX.

Hi everybody,

Which flash memory is compatible with Cyclone-V GX?

    Hi A,

    according to the Cyclone V Device Datasheet, section Configuration Specifications, Configuration Files:

    Cyclone® V GX C3 => recommended flash memory EPCQ32

    C4 => EPCQ128

    C5 => EPCQ128

    C7 => EPCQ128

    C9 => EPCQ256

    or 3rd Party Flash Support from Micron MT25Q device family.
