    Regarding the request for the FIT value of 10CL006. Below are the details for the FIT value.

    FIT= 34.3 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.


    For EPCQ4ASI8N, allow me some time to discuss further with the internal team regarding this device's FIT values.

    FIT= 4.44 @ 55C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.
