Fatal Error: Int Divide By Zero

It's driving me crazy. I couldn't figure it out what is the problem. I mean, all versions of quartus 2 (ver 8,9,9.1,9.2,10.0,10.1... trust me I downloaded and tried all) shows me this one: ther...

Whatever code I put on, this warning sign keeps popping up...

I just put one input and output with 1 and2 gate to check if the program works out.
