Failure rate data needed for EP1C6T144C8N and EPCS1SI8N

Dear All,

I’m using FPGA EP1C6T144C8N and EPCS1SI8N.

Could you inform me the MTTF/MTBF and FIT data of those Devices?

I tried to view following website on the basis of previous topics, but there is no web page now.

If you know the updated website, please let me know.

    Sorry for the delay. Below is the information needed for the failure rate data.


    EP1C6T144C8N FIT = 4.8 @ 70C Junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level

    EPCS1SI8N FIT = 1.0 @ 55C ambient operating temperature, 60% confidence level
