Failure Analysis Request (Vout/Vin pins shorted to ground)

My customer would like to request Intel to perform the FA for 1pc of failure part (PN#EN6347QI) due to Vout/Vin pins shorted to ground. Please refer to the failure details in below attachment. Could you please help to review and advise if Intel can support this FA request or not?
