factory recovery in QUARTUS 10.1

Thank you dwh@ovro.caltech.edu . I downloaded this file for Quartus 10.1. But i don't know where is the file factory ? I go the link C:\altera\10.1\kits\cycloneIII_3c120_dev\factory_recovery. I can't find the file cycloneiii_3c120_dev_factory_recovery.pof. Help me (http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/member.php?u=21847)
