expand configuration circuit for CYCLONE IY

I want use AS mode configuration for CYCLONE IV CE device.

I found scheme for download cable connection in configuration handbook and in USB-blaster UG.

I want connect LED to pin CONFIG_DONE , indicated: "configuration done OK".

But pin CONFIG_DONE must be connected to 2.5V via 10 kOm resistor, so current too small for LED's work. I can cut the resistance, but I don't know value of max current for this pin.

May I connect resistor about 1 kOm, or I must use external logic as LED driver, or exist other way?

How make it correctly?
