error occurs when i changed my FPGA

first, i used the Cyclone, my program ran correctly. then, i changed it to Cyclone IV, then the error occurs. some controlling order in my program is wrong, i have not changed my program. so ,...

i konw, but i changed the setup(device) in Quartus. So, the program should ran correctly.(i have tested an easy demo, and it run correctly in Cyclone IV)
