Error: CONF_DONE failed to go high in device 1.

Before anyone comments on this, I have searched the forum and read everything I have found on the internet with people getting this error message. :) I'll try to post as much relevant information ...

Hi,

I don't know whether it is worth or not, but if you create an archive and send this I'll try it on my PCB also using an EP4CE15. If it's operative, it's time for a closer look on the hardware (or the fabrication, maybe there is a short or something else beneath the FBGA), if it doesn't it's some configuration stuff..
