Error Changing Device

Hi everyone,

I have a jtag module worked fine for Cyclone IV. But when changed the device to Stratix II, I could not connect to it from PC. Can anyone help me work that out?

    Can anyone tell me if the device needs to be GX family to get connected and transceive data with PC?
