Erasing a StratixIII FPGA

A Stratix or Cyclone FPGA has only a volatile (SRAM) storage for the configuration and don't need to be erased. Simply remove the power supply to remove all configuration data. A configuration request (pulling NCONFIG low) achieves the same.
