EPM7064LC44-15,where can I find it in quartus 8.1?

I have a device "EPM7064LC44-15"

but I can not find the device in quartus v8.1(free web edition),what's the matter?

There is no MAX7000 family(but contains MAX7000S,MAX7000B,MAX7000AE..etc),how can I download my program if I use the ByteBlaster?

    Standard EPM7000 devices (unlike S types) are not incircuit-programmable. You need an Altera or supported 3rd party programming unit. Apart from this point, the programming files may be possibly compatible. Otherwise, you can use MAXPlus software.

    I believe it will not be in QUartus II anymore as that family of devices is heading (or already) end of life. (for new sales into new designs).

    You should be able to find it in an older version of the free version of Max + Pluss II tools.

    Yes, it will need to be programmed in an off board programmer.
