and one more thing, regarding EPF6016TC144-3,
some people say DC17+ is Pb Free. is it right? is it possible?

For your information, EPF6016TC144-3 / EPF6016TC144-3N. The functionality of these two devices are the same the only differences are as you mentioned before, which is the ROHS.

Regarding the other question can you explain what do you mean by DC17+?
Flex6000 devices was obsolete for few years back, hence we have very limited information for this device.
