EPF6016 Boundary Scan

Thank you for your answer.

I have solved the problem and it works fine now. The problem was that we have an extern watchdog which loads the config. So the EPF6016 was always restarting after the JTAG connect.

Tanks too for your TopJTAG Link. This soft looks nicery than Universal Scan.
