EPE for Arria 10

Hi Altera, Where can I find the early power estimator for ARRIA 10? Only available for downloads are ARRIA V, GX, and II devices, thanks! -Jess

When they recently updated the web site, lots of links broke.

My current workaround is to do a google search.

When the target of that is not found i use the filename google found and use the search box on the Altera site.
