EPE for Arria 10

Hi Altera, Where can I find the early power estimator for ARRIA 10? Only available for downloads are ARRIA V, GX, and II devices, thanks! -Jess

this is the link posted in their website, but I was not able to get it, always page not found error

Altera website really sucks, too many times I got "page not found" error. If I can choose, I will not use altera device since it is such a pain to find the right document.

Also, I tried to find the pdn tool they posted in their website, also can't find it.
