Because I am using JTAG programming. The *.pof is used in AS schematic, that it's not the case of my hardware. But now, I am surprising, because using Quartus II 8.1 in windows XP 32 bits the EPCS1 was programmed and works. Anybody could say why doesn't work in windows 7 64 bits? There is something to do in windows 7 64 bits?
