EPCS flash memory

Hi all, What is the fullform of the EPCS Flash memory and the EPC flash memory...which are used to configure the FPGA

Hi buzzvitgowtham,

I didn't find what the 2 abbreviations stands for in the Altera Configuration Handbook. I would expert that:

E - Enhanced

P - Programmable

C - Chip

S - Serial

,but I am not sure about this. You can put this quetion on mysupport.altera.com. I think the altera staff can give you more exact answers.
