EPCQ128ASI16N data corrupted

Hi,

After some tests with our product the data in EPCQ was corrupted. This is the first time it happened, we use this componente in several pcbs.

Only after reprogramming the problem was solved.

We couldn't replicate the problem....

Do you have any hint what could cause this?
