Hello, i'confusing about the dynamic io delay chain? Is there any relationship between the dynamic io delay with the d1,d3 setting? Can I get dynamic io delay value from the resource property editor?...

Honored ContributorThe fit report has a Delay Chain Summary that I usually look at, but yes, they are the same. I believe there are some example designs on the alterawiki.com. I did one called Programmable IOE Delay Chain Interface, but it was for Stratix IV and may not help:
