Does Altera provide a .svf to .vcl file convertor?

The one I am currently using (svf2vcl - SVF to VCL Translator - Version 2.34, Xilinx I believe) doesn't particularly like RUNTEST values > 100,000 without an error and requiring me to do a rewrite.

Therefore, does Altera have it's own version of a svf to vcl file conversion tool? (Windows or Linux works for me)
