We have an EPCQ64A DEVICE WITH WINBOND MARKING ON ITS DIE. DIE LOT 2032,AND ANOTHER WITH DIE LOT 2124. DOES IT MAKE SENSE?

All intel products must have Intel/altera top marking.
Other than that is probably not genuine products.
Please make sure you get the devices from intel authorized distributors.
