Device to link FPGA and antenna

Hello....i just want to know.... it's possible if i want to interface FPGA board direct to an antenna? or any others device from Altera to link this two things?.. thanks in advance..

Thanks Socrates,..can i get the ADC/DAC data conversion from the Altera Company?...if anyone know any others device provide by Altera to direct interface the FPGA board and the Antenna plezz let me know....
