Device compatibility with POD12 I/O standard

Hi there

Here in my company we're about to start a project that will drive a device which I/O standard is POD12 (1.2V pseudo-open drain).

We're concerned about compatibility with Stratix IV/V device family, since this interface is not listed in supported I/O standards.

Anyone who has ever faced such situation can tell me any workarounds ?
