Determining maximum Arria 10 die temperature for safe operation

Can anybody point to guidelines for die temperature required for safe and prolonged operation of an Arria-10 FPGA. The device can operate between 0 and 100C. Arria-10 documentation mentions som...

Hi,

What happens in the case of an empty or unconfigured Arria 10 GX FPGA? Is it also expected that the FPGA gets extremely hot, which in the end results in thermal shutdown?
