Debugging Nios2 hardware using Eclipse

I am having a problem when downloading the .elf trhough GDB.

I am having two messages that concerns me:

-Unable to set temporary breackpoint --Reason: [Ljava.lang.String@1915330

-ID/Timestamp values not verified.

The strange thing is that my SysID and Timestamp are found by the flash programmer, but not here.

Does anyone know what might be causing this to happen?
